The user is responsible for the data provided on this website. Ambiente Positivo Lda will process, for the purpose of providing services and administrative and commercial management, the information provided.

Policies and Information
Vila Costa has 2 payment methods available: credit card and bank transfer
The deposit to guarantee your stay varies depending on how far in advance you book:
a) For reservations made more than 30 days before the check-in date, a 50% deposit will be charged, with the remaining 50% due30days from the check-in date. Ex: For a booking of €200 made on April 1st for check-in on August 1st, €100 will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining €100 on March 1st. If Vila Costa is unable to collect the remaining 50%, the reservation will be cancelled, without the right to a refund.
b) In the case of making a reservation less than 30 days before the check-in date, a deposit of 100% will be charged. Ex: For a booking of €200 made on the 1st of April, for check-in on the 20th of April, €200 will be charged at the time of booking.
You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 5 days from the check-in date, obtaining the return of the entire deposit. If you wish to cancel your reservation less than 5 days before the check-in date, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Our invoices are issued by default as a final consumer. If you would like an invoice with your tax information, please ask us via email info@vila-costa.com, when booking or when checking out. From the day after check-out, unfortunately it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice with your tax information for accounting reasons.
If you choose the bank transfer method, and your stay is for the next 30 days, it will only be considered confirmed with the immediate sending of proof of bank transfer to info@vila-costa.com. Otherwise, Vila Costa may cancel the reservation.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge, without any penalty, up to 5 days before the date of your stay.
All credit card payments through our booking engine, booking, follow the bookiing.com security system
Check-in time is from 16:00h and check-out time is until 12:00h.
Vila Costa may at any time change the value of existing rates, except for reservations or pre-reservations already made.
Vila Costa may at any time cancel or suspend any existing package or promotion on its website.
Wi-fi is free and only available in suites and common areas.
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is canceled or modified up to 5 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, with no fee being charged.
In case of cancellation after this date, the advance amount is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation / return and subsequent transfer of a deposit already made, a fee of €25 may be charged for administrative expenses.
The return of the deposit amount can be made within a period of 10 working days following the cancellation of the reservation.
